Fixed bid engagements are ideal when you already have a Request For Proposal (RFP) document outlining your project specifications in detail. We are able to provide a much closer estimate of labor hours when we have a Request For Proposal (RFP) document, as we know exactly what is expected to be done for the completion of the project. When we do not have adequate documentation on what you are trying to accomplish, we cannot accurately provide a quote for your project. If you do not have a Request For Proposal, we suggest you go with an iterative payment model.

Iterative, or retainer based development is when you do not have detailed project requirements drafted into an Request For Proposal (RFP) document. Iterative development usually entails a block of predefined hours allocated each month to your project with the goal of completing your larger marketing goals within a given amount of time.
